Dream
‘Dream’ began life as ‘The Dream Project’ in Sept 2000 in the Meadows (an inner-city area of Nottingham, England). The project began as a response to both a history and reputation for gang/youth-related violence and family breakdown in the area and the creative potential we saw in the lives of the children and young people we met.
DREAM is now emerging into a network of related inner-city creative ministries and mission teams.
Dreams’ Vision is to creatively effect postive change in our inner-cities; working with children, young people, single-mothers and their communities [James 1:27]
DREAM oversees a family of networks + initiatives:
Dream Kidz (5-13’s Network)
Single-Mums
Dream Revolution (aimed primarily at 14-25’s)
Dream Catchers (Primary schools workshops and afterschools clubs)
Dream Workshops (Arts workshops with children and young people)
